You may already have a scene in your head. We know where it was shot, and what it looks like now. Here are seven places from well-known dramas, each with a film we made there. Each place shows a frame from the drama, and our own film in the same place.
The WE ARE YOUNG mural, an old couple kissing, is on Gamgodang-gil, a short walk from Anguk Station. Nam Hong-joo (Bae Suzy) and Jung Jae-chan (Lee Jong-suk) pass it in While You Were Sleeping (SBS, 2017). Won Young-seon painted it in 2013 and came back to restore it in 2018.
On the same street, by the stone wall of Duksung Girls' High School, Kim Shin (Gong Yoo) and Ji Eun-tak (Kim Go-eun) first cross paths in the rain in Goblin (tvN, 2016). Also near Anguk Station are Joongang High School, the school in Winter Sonata (KBS2, 2002), and the Western-style house at Unhyeongung, the crown prince's home in Princess Hours (MBC, 2006).

The hill below Namsan, just up from the Noksapyeong overpass in Itaewon Class. Uphill alleys, worn stairs, rooftops under tangled power lines.

N Seoul Tower stands on top of Namsan, in the middle of Seoul. Boys Over Flowers and My Love from the Star both filmed there.

Geumga Plaza in Vincenzo (tvN, 2021) is Cheonggye Sangga, part of the Sewoon complex designed by Kim Swoo-geun, on the south bank of Cheonggyecheon. The drama filmed the real building from outside; the shops and the vault were a studio set.
The old town of the seonbi scholars, where Mr. Sunshine was filmed.

Gongjin, the seaside village in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, was filmed on the Pohang coast.

Winter Sonata filmed on the island. Its metasequoia lane is the walk everyone comes to Nami for.
Jumunjin in Gangneung, where the Goblin breakwater and the BTS bus stop from the You Never Walk Alone cover are about ten minutes apart by car. Busan, Gyeongju and Jeonju are a day's drive.
